Rules for all exports to Asia  

 We are very happy that we get so much requests from Asia . Ziaja is a market leader in Poland / EU and this are our rules for all exports to Asia . We need more reliable partners there , maybe even with exclusive rights.

 Our company policies

o        Free samples can be send anytime you like , when you cover the transport costs ( your DHL / UPS / FEDEX account or we accept your credit card online here ). You can choose the samples, of course.

o       The production will start immediate after and irrevocable safe receiving of the down payment of 50%.  Your order will be ready to send within 21 days ( or even less ).

o        ONLY full paid orders will be send .

o        The minimum order is 10.000 Euro , for first order we accept a minimum of 5.000 Euro

o        We will not pay for any  local fees or costs in your country ( e.g.  for getting the products registered at the local authorities or other ) , as this is a local legal duty of our partner .

 Payment policies

o        We ask for a down payment of 50 % when ordering , 50 % before loading

o        Due to many "bad" cheques and the needed time to get the payment, we recommend to do a bank transfer ( SWIFT , TT) . Our bank details you will find on our pro forma invoice.

o         If you still want to pay with cheque , we will wait until it is irrevocable in our account.

o        For the first 3 orders we accept only prepayment .

o        From the fourth fulfilled contract we can discuss other payment options.

 Invitation policies – not negotiable:

We understand that personal biz meetings are important and necessary , specially for exclusive rights and huge transactions. Therefore we support our clients to visit us with the needed invitation letter. 

Invitations we do only for existing clients - after the first delivery / deliveries of min. 40.000,- Euro ( total )  or at least the first  down payment for a contract of minimum 40.000,- Euro .  We never invite people willing to start business in future. 

 For invitation letter we need from our clients:

Purchases of min. 40.000,-  Euro  - done purchases ( only  fulfilled contracts count ) and :

o        Full names and personal details of all persons and a pass copy ,

o        Helpful : received Visa's of EU countries , references from Eu companies

o        Position in company

o        Company registration , import license , bank details

 Exclusive rights: 

After 3 fulfilled contracts of minimum 20.000 Euro or purchases of more than 60.000 Euro we can discuss that on a IF .. Then base - related to quantities. 

Before you haven't bought Ziaja products and tested your market successfully we will not even start to discuss that . Exclusive rights are always connected with quantities , this will depend on your main market and your possibilities there as well as your success.

 You should inform us asap that you could be interested in exclusive rights for your country : we would reserve it for you without obligation when possible.

To fraudulent persons only : 

We know the tricks already long times, the promises you make as well as your “confirmed orders” or  that you are the one and only in your country able to handle such deals . We know also how you want to betray with payments ( Cheque , Western Union and so on and on ) , visits and so on and on . 

We will not change our policy , we will not deal with you , we will not invite you to come to Poland to “discuss your huge biz  ideas” and we will not send you any amounts for “needed fees” or whatever.
